1 Service's description:
This website has been created and is managed by Guies Turisme Servei (G.T.S.). Guies Turisme Servei acts as an intermediary between service providers (hotels, apartments, tourist services, event organisers...) and users, in order to offer the latter the possibility of searching and making online their reservations for hotels, apartments and other tourist services in the Principality of Andorra.
2 Confidentiality of information:
Guies Turisme Servei follows a demanding code of ethics and is committed to respecting your privacy. The personal data of the users are exclusively intended for the preparation of their reservation vouchers made on this website. According to current regulations, all files are declared at the Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades (registration number APD-2008-000146).
3 Booking procedure:
Your reservation will be validated and processed once you have completed the following steps:
• When you make the request for the service you want (hotel, apartment, tourist activity, concert...), the detail and total price of your order will appear on screen.
• Then you can confirm your request. To do this, you must complete the form, entering your personal data. It is very important that your e-mail address is valid and correctly written, since your reservation confirmation voucher will be sent to that e-mail address. Guies Turisme Servei is not responsible for NOT receiving your reservation in case of not entering your personal data correctly.
• To complete the procedure and validate your reservation, you must make the online payment of the total amount (or partial 25% for some reservations made more than 45 days in advance).
• Once the payment is accepted and confirmed by your bank, you will receive a provisional receipt in your email. Later, you will receive your final Booking Voucher, which you must print and present on the day of your arrival at the hotel, apartment, service, concert...
All reservations must be fully paid before your arrival, without exception. In the case of reservations made more than 45 days in advance, a second payment, corresponding to 75% of the pending amount, will be sent 30 days before the date of the arrival at the establishment.
4 Prices and fees:
The prices and fees listed on our website are provided directly by the hotels and service providers themselves. Unlike other companies, andorramania.com does not add any supplement to the official prices.
The prices indicated are valid at the time of booking. Any eventual last minute promotion does not give the right to any refund or compensation on reservations made previously.
Children: each service provider specifies the reduced rate for children, according to specified ages. It is the customer's responsibility not to make a mistake at the time of the reservation request. For instance: if 2 adults are accompanied by a 14-year-old child and the "child" rate is applicable from 3 to 11 years, the 14-year-old child must pay the adult rate. Thus, the reservation must be made for 3 adults. In the event that the child is 2 years old, the reservation must be made for 2 adults and indicate in "observations" that they will be with a 2-year-old child (1 double room + 1 baby cot).
Lunch and dinner in hotels: drinks, coffees and extras are not included in the price of half board and full board, unless otherwise specified.
Some hotels (indicated on the web) charge in situ an obligatory supplement corresponding to the lunch or dinners of those children whose accommodation is free.
Errors in the age of children are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot give rise to any refund.
Extras and services (parking, swimming pool, sauna, spa, drinks, minibar, telephone, etc.) must be paid for at the hotel itself, except when it is explicitly indicated on the website that they are included in the price.
5 Rooms availability:
Hotel rooms are available from 2:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival and must be vacated before noon on the day of departure, unless the hotel indicates otherwise. In case of being vacated later than 12:00 p.m. , the hotel may charge 1 additional night.
6 Limited liability:
The andorramania website has been created with the utmost care. Our services are based on the information offered by the hotels and establishments themselves. The website offers photographs and descriptions to reflect the best state of the services offered, but they are not binding photographs. We are not responsible for the errors or inaccuracies of the information provided by the same establishments. It is the customer's responsibility to do this verification.
7 Modification and cancellation of reservations:
Any request for cancellation or modification must be sent to Guies Turisme Servei by email, who will process your request.
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the hotel and the season. Ask for the cancellation policy before making the reservation at gts[@]gts.ad
In winter season (from 01/12 to 30/04) and as a general rule, the costs are usually the following (variable according to hotels and apartments):
• In all cases, the minimum administrative expenses will not be less than 15% of the total amount.
• + 45 days before the arrival day: only 15% of the total amount will be charged as administrative expenses
• Between 45 and 21 days before the day of arrival: 25% of the total amount will be charged
• Between 20 and 8 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged
• Between 7 and 1 days before the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged
• Special case of New Year's eve celebrations: in case of cancellation 2 weeks before the arrival date, no refund can be made
• It is the client's responsibility to take out travel cancellation insurance, if desired.
• In any case, no-shows do not give the right to any type of refund. No-shows reservations are considered those in which the client does not notify and does not appear at the hotel on the day of his arrival, or when the client notifies his non-arrival the same day without proof of force majeure.
• Snow on the roads does not constitute a case of force majeure, as long as the traffic is still possible with the appropriate equipment, or in the event that it is possible to access by an alternative route.
• In case of total closure of the accesses to the Principality, a change of dates or a refund will be offered. The bank costs and administrative expenses will be paid by the client.
Ski pass reservations and winter activities (rental of ski equipment, snowmobiles, mushing...):
• No refund or exchange can be made once the reservation has been made and the booking voucher has been sent.
• In the event of a technical incident (server failure, data transmission error or other), the transaction will be canceled or refunded immediately, and the reservation will not be taken into account in any case.
• Only a total closure of the ski resorts or activity circuits due to weather or security reasons can give the right to a change of date.
• Any request for cancellation or modification should be sent to Guies Turisme Servei (gts[@]gts.ad) at least 72 hours before the start date of the service or activity by email or postal mail, who will forward it to its suppliers. In all cases, the cancellation costs will not be less than 20% of the total amount.
In summer season (from 05/01 to 11/30), the costs are as follows (except special conditions of certain hotels):
• In all cases, the minimum administrative expenses will not be less than 15% of the total amount.
• Between 45 and 21 days before the day of arrival: 25% of the total amount will be charged
• Between 14 and 8 days before the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged
• In any case, no-shows do not give the right to any type of refund. No-shows reservations are considered those in which the client does not notify and does not appear at the hotel on the day of his arrival, or when the client notifies his non-arrival the same day.
To avoid bank charges inherent to refunds, it is recommended to change the dates of the reservation. In some cases, the amount previously paid can be used in the form of an "open voucher", valid for 3 months.
Any interrupted or shortened stay does not give rise to any refund, except in cases of justified and documented force majeure, with the prior agreement of the various establishments.
Reservations made with tickets for shows, concerts, Cirque du Soleil...:
• Prepayment is mandatory.
• Tickets are non-modifiable and non-refundable.
• No refund or exchange can be made if the accommodation is associated with tickets for the Cirque du Soleil, concerts or shows.
8 Overbooking:
In the event of an eventual overbooking, an immediate refund will be offered to the client or accommodation in an establishment of the same category and with similar services.
9 Payment:
Payments are made by Visa or Mastercard, in our bank's secure Virtual TPV (via Redsys).

11 Legal disputes:
